At Lavenza, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must not be damaged, washed, altered, or used.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, intimate/private garments, and certain personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

Products marked as non-returnable on their product page are also excluded from returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may cover the return shipping cost.

For other reasons, such as changing your mind or ordering the wrong size/color, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
